How It Works
One pass from listing to payout, for buyers and sellers alike.
Every seller is vetted
Wholesalers join by personal invite. Resellers apply with their track record, and a person reads every application. How do I become a seller?
A listing is one lot, bought whole
One price for the whole lot, photographed by the seller who owns it, with the per-piece math shown. How do lots work?
Offers are binding
Make an offer from the listing; if the seller accepts, that is your price for 24 hours. Sellers who take custom orders build to your brief for a deposit they set. Can I make an offer on a lot? · What is a custom order?
Checkout is itemized
The lot, shipping, and card processing, each on its own line before you pay, less any Crane Credit you have earned. Payment is processed by Stripe. What am I charged at checkout?
It ships domestically, tracked
Every seller ships from inside the USA and tracking reaches you automatically. Shipping is arranged through PaperCrane and the label cost comes out of that order's payout. Shipping and tracking
The money moves when the package does
Your payment is held until the carrier first scans the package — not when a label is printed. No scan within 14 days of the sale and you are refunded in full, automatically. The seller is then paid the sale total less the 5% seller fee and the label. When does the seller get my money? · When do I get paid?
If something is wrong
Message the seller first. If it is not made right, report the problem from the order within 5 days of delivery and a person decides from the evidence. My order arrived wrong or damaged · Buyer Protection
