About PaperCrane
The operating system for vintage wholesale. Built in the USA, for people building real businesses.
Why we built it
PaperCrane was started by working resellers who were tired of gambling on wholesale. You know the routine: wire money to someone you found on Instagram, wait weeks for a bale to clear customs, open it, and discover that “90s graphic tees” meant something very different to whoever packed it.
Sourcing is the most important decision a resale business makes, and it runs on the least trustworthy infrastructure in the industry. So we built the version we would actually buy from.
What it is
A marketplace where vetted sellers list lots of resale inventory and businesses buy them whole. PaperCrane runs the rails; the sellers sell their own goods. How It Works walks it end to end.
Small on purpose
There is no open seller signup. Every wholesaler is invited personally, and every reseller who lists has proven their track record first. Fewer sellers, higher floor.
Trust from completed business, not stars
A storefront shows the business it has actually done — completed orders, repeat buyers, time to ship, dispute outcomes. None of it can be bought or traded. Who you are trading with
Curated wholesale
Our sellers don't just move volume. They curate — around a vibe, an era, a moodboard, so what arrives is stock you can photograph and sell the same week. Buy the moodboard, not the pounds.
Domestic by design
Every seller ships from inside the USA. No customs, no freight forwarding, no import fees, and no month-long gap between paying and knowing what you bought.
Who runs it
PaperCrane is operated by PAPERCRANE LLC, a Michigan company, and the terms are governed by Michigan law. Every seller application and every dispute is read and decided by a person.
What we believe
Calm over flashy. Professional over trendy. Evidence over opinions. Business relationships over engagement metrics.
