Can I make an offer on a lot?

Any listing takes offers. The seller can accept, decline, or counter — a counter you accept works exactly like an offer they accepted.

Offers are binding. Only send an amount you are prepared to pay: when the seller accepts, that amount becomes your price for the lot, and letting an accepted offer lapse counts against your account.
