Where is my refund?

A full refund returns the lot price, the shipping you paid and any sales tax to your original payment method, and restores any Crane Credit you spent on the order. The card-processing line is not returned — that is the payment network's charge for taking the payment, and it is spent whether or not the order goes ahead. Credit you earned from the order is reversed — a refunded purchase earns nothing.

The refund is issued immediately on PaperCrane's side; card networks and banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to post it. The credit comes back instantly.

A partial refund moves cash only — the order stands, and credit stays where it is.
