How do custom orders work for sellers?

Turn on custom orders in Settings, then Selling, and set your deposit, $10 to $50. Sending you a request costs the buyer that deposit — which is why every request that reaches you is serious.

1. A paid request opens a message thread with a private bundle pinned to the top. Only the two of you see it.
2. Build the bundle like any listing: pieces, photos, price, real box and weight.
3. Send the price as an offer in the thread. Sending locks the bundle's contents — to change anything, withdraw the offer, which voids it, and send a new one.
4. The buyer accepts and checks out; their deposit applies to the total automatically. From there it is a normal order — same label, same payout.

Requests expire after 14 days. Decline or let one expire and the deposit returns to the buyer as credit. Nothing is charged to you either way.
